Shipping order policies

We only ship your orders through reputed courier agencies to ensure the safety and good condition of the product in the fastest delivery time possible. We can deliver the products all over India. Please refuse to take delivery of the package, if you believe that the package or the product is not in good condition or if the packing is damaged. And if you refuse to accept the package, then it is your responsibility to inform us through our communication methods by mentioning your order details. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that the replacement process shall take place to you as soon as possible.

• Please note that all items (including presents) will be delivered with an invoice that outlines the cost, in accordance with Indian Tax Regulations.

Delivery and shipping timing

The time of delivery is dependent upon the supply of the item and the time of your order's placing. 98% of our purchases were shipped either the day of the order or within 24hrs after the date of the order. We strive to send your order on the same day as your purchase. We only ship orders on working days during the week (Monday through Saturday) and exclude public holidays and government holidays. The shipping process is not available on Sundays. Orders placed after Sunday are processed on Monday. The maximum delivery time is between 4 and 10 days for any location anywhere in India, Although the shipping companies have their own methods to ship the packages, that’s why the delivery time is unpredictable. Instead of placing an order at the last minute, please plan ahead and allow enough time for delivery.

Replacement Policy

In order to safeguard customers from damage to their shipment as well as item mismatches or missing components, etc. We offer a 48 hours extended period of time for replacement beginning at the time of delivery. You agree that you are responsible to notify us via our communication channels regarding the damaged item or package, by sending photos of the damaged product or package. Our technical team will inspect and verify the information visually and issue replacement orders. After receiving the product, our experts will review the issue and deliver the replacement item at the cost of shipping paid by us. If we don't have the item on hand for replacement, we will provide a full refund. If you aren't able to raise a claim through our communication channels about the defective or damaged product or package received by you along with the evidence within the time frame specified and we will not be accountable for the replacement of the item or the package. In addition, no replacement can be granted if the item was subjected to abuse, static discharge, neglect or static discharge, negligence or modification due to accident, or modified or soldered in any way
