RETURN POLICY

We provide 48 hours of return & replacement time from the time of delivery in order to safeguard the clients from shipping damage, item mismatch, missing parts, etc. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to use our communication channels to notify us of any damaged products or packages by sending images of the harmed goods. Our technical staff will visually evaluate and confirm the information before issuing a replacement order. After our specialists have verified the details and confirmed the claimed problem, we will send the customer the new products at no additional cost to them. If we do not have the goods in stock to replace them, we will give you a full refund. You acknowledge that if. If you acquire damaged or defective goods or delivery and fail to report it to us through one of our communication means with verification within the time allotted, we will not be held liable for replacing the item or package. In addition, the product will not be replaced or refunded if it has been misused, static discharged, disregarded, damaged in an accident, repaired, soldered, or otherwise modified.

We will initiate return pick-up only in case of damaged product, wrong product delivered, or any other valid reason. For cases such as "I ordered by mistake", "I no longer need this product" or etc., you will be responsible for sending the products back safely to successfully receive a refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Only orders that are pending or in the middle of processing can be cancelled. Your order won't ever be cancelled if it is relocated or shipped out of our firm. You accept that the shipping costs and taxes will be taken from your payment if you cancel the order after the shipment has been dispatched. If you decide to cancel your order before the product is shipped, we will refund your payment in full amount within 10 to 15 working days. Shipping and return fees will be deducted from the prepaid amount if the customer did not accept, receive, or pick up the order after delivery or return the package to the courier. the amount and only the remaining amount will be refunded. If the order is failed or is cancelled and the money gets deducted from your account, then your paid amount will be automatically refunded back to your card or bank account.
